This policy explains what personal data Apnemy Technologies collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website, our client engagements and our recruitment process.
1. What we collect
From the contact form: your name, email address, company and message. From candidates: your CV and the details you send with it. From engagements: the business contact details of the people we work with.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
2. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, deliver and support contracted services, assess job applications, meet legal and tax obligations, and keep our systems secure. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it and you may withdraw it at any time.
3. Client data in our care
When we work in your ServiceNow, Salesforce or Azure environments we may process personal data you control. In that relationship you are the controller and we are the processor: we act on your instructions, keep access least-privilege, and return or delete the data at the end of the engagement.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example email, cloud hosting and accounting), all bound by confidentiality obligations, and where disclosure is required by law.
5. Security and retention
We use encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication and least-privilege provisioning. Enquiries are kept for two years, candidate records for one year unless you ask us to keep them longer, and engagement records for as long as tax and contract law requires.
6. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion, or restriction of how we use it. Write to ap@apnemy.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to serve pages and remember your preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
8. Changes
We update this policy when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes are notified to active clients directly.
