Technical Consultant

You'll sit between clients and the delivery team — running discovery sessions, recommending the right platform for a given problem, and scoping engagements so delivery isn't guessing at requirements halfway through.

What you'll do

  • Run discovery workshops with prospective and existing clients
  • Recommend platform and architecture choices against business goals, not just technical fit
  • Write scopes of work that the delivery team can actually estimate against
  • Stay hands-on enough to sanity-check delivery timelines
  • Represent Apnemy in client steering committee meetings

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in a client-facing technical consulting role
  • Working knowledge of at least two of ServiceNow, Salesforce or Azure
  • Comfortable writing a scope of work without hand-holding
  • Confident presenting to non-technical stakeholders
