ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNowHyderabad · HybridMid–Senior

You'll work directly with clients to design, build and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows — from ITSM customisations to full custom app development. Most engagements run 3–6 months, so you'll see your work go live rather than hand it off.

What you'll do

  • Design and build custom applications, workflows and integrations on ServiceNow
  • Configure ITSM, ITOM or CSM modules to match client processes
  • Write and maintain server-side (Business Rules, Script Includes) and client-side scripts
  • Review architecture decisions with the delivery lead before build starts
  • Document configuration changes for client handover

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years building on the ServiceNow platform
  • Comfortable with Glide APIs, Flow Designer and REST/SOAP integrations
  • ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification preferred, not required
  • Clear written communication — you'll talk to clients directly
